PROFILE

Miho Fujiwara

Chef & Food Creator

"Designing Mind and Body Through Food"

I began this journey with a vision: to use only organic ingredients and natural seasonings in a "wooden kitchen" overlooking the Kanda River.

On each plate, I condense a myriad of small details, from ingredient selection to seasoning, reflecting my deep commitment. Leveraging my experience in product development, recipe supervision, wellness training for major corporations, and as a private chef for high-net-worth individuals, I propose a "self-reset" that helps you glow from within.
